Family
Everyone has a family of some kind. Some people were raised by a single mom or a single dad. Some grew up with step parents or half siblings. Some were even raised by grandparents or adopted parents. There are all kinds of combinations when it comes to families, and there is no single type of family that is better than any others.
"Zach Wahls, a 19-year-old University of Iowa student spoke about the strength of his family during a public forum on House Joint Resolution 6 in the Iowa House of Representatives. Wahls has two mothers, and came to oppose House Joint Resolution 6 which would end civil unions in Iowa."
